I'm going to take the other side of that coin.

There's something clowny going on here..

Here's why;

It's weird how they went from a flurry of communications to zero.

You are correct, we went from no communication to a "flurry of communications" as they were wrapping up the last contract. I for one was surprised they even came out with the news, prior to inking the deal. However, given how long it likely took to even pull it off, is likely why they didn't keep it quite prior to actually signing it.

Either they are busy working to roll out with setting the platform for the new contract, or they have another company in the wings and are in their quite period.

Personally, I believe the company is busy working to get the last contract in place for creating revenues. Given the company's lack of funding and the tight credit markets, my money says they have their hands full right now.
