I wouldn't worry about Rich. His posts don't really affect anything or mean anything.

The real culprits are the liars and scoundrels running Mexus. The constant dispensing of insider info to a select few. And where's the 8K after the big announcement about a new CEO and restructuring? Is that information not material? Of course, the 10K is now approaching a month late, so why would they bother with a silly 8K when they can't seem to bother with silly stuff like annual reports?

I wonder what a mess the Santa Elena minesite is these days? When was the last time a Mexus employee stepped foot on the minesite? A year ago? Two years ago? What kind of mess did they leave? Drums of waste chemicals laying around, tipped over? Supersacks of cyanide split open, spilled on the ground. Fuel leaking from unattended tanks? Leaking ponds, cyanide solutions draining into the ground? Did they ever neutralize the leach pad....I doubt it. I've been on minesites where the operators left in the middle of the night...it isn't pretty.

It costs money to clean things up properly and you can bet that PT sold whatever equipment actually had value, and then never looked back.....remember the Barge V. 1 that he left foundered on the Nome beaches? Who paid for the cleanup of that mess?
