Lamberth had to be removed off this case long time ago, and it's complete failure of the plaintiffs team.
For the FMCC commons shareholders even a win is a loss,reward of 6-9cents per share is nothing,and doesn't deserve our participation in this court.As for the ongoing court,he would do everything to complete and close it ASAP
