The answer is buying a shell IS the business, not the selling of products. You spend years of working off the debt of shell co, you hire staff pay yourself salary,call in toxic lenders announce big name to board creat buzz.sell shares work it..work it baby.

Yeah of course they work on their side business..try to sell something ..however the goal is salary from working off the debt deal
That is my guess, for who lends money then offers forgiveness reduces the debt, imo
