Right, but did you expect it to be HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS over what he needed, and then after he did, he started awarding himself $500,000.00 worth of shares as the price fell ??????????????????

The thing we shareholders lose sight of is, we are on the same side and we are not only not prospering, we are at a loss .... The other shareholder is doing quite well while he waits or plans or whatever he is doing ... he is MAKING MONEY from Elite in many various ways !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Elite has not needed to dilute to stay solvent for years now, now it is greed that causes the dilution ......... would you agree ???????????
