The quarterly report for the period ending June 30 is due next week.

The quarterly report for the period ending December 30 was released on Feb. 4.

The next quarter, ending March 31 was expected in early May, but on May 11 they announced a delay, eventually releasing it May 23.

This next quarterly report and investor conference call will be significant because:

* We'll hear details about Mark Smith's loan that was paid off June 30.

* We'll hear additional details about the post-SPAC share disbursement and issuance.

* We'll get an update on insider share ownership.

* Kingdon private placement term sheet.

* Stellantis off-take terms.

* Updates on funding (maybe).

The Annual Report in September is still a month away. Next week's quarterly report is the one I'm looking forward to. If they delay it again, they better have a good reason (last quarter coincided with Ms. Fenga's departure and the NASDAQ listing event).
