When you voted "YES" to NasRat raising the Authorized Share, did you think he would Authorize just enough shares to cover his conversion, or did you expect him to Authorize HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS more shares than he needed to convert ????????????????? Is $500,000.00 per year in cash/salary not enough compensation for what he is doing ????????? Is it right for him to continue diluting our shares for his benefit ????
