Debt repacked in an especially desperate way. We will see soon if they actually go through with it. It won't help the stock situation which is why Leonite after all these years is hitting the exit

The problem Shawn Leon has is that he hooked up with Lawrence Hawkins out of desperation in 2020. This character has a West Palm Beach page of legal actions going back to 2005. I would like to know who paid the Judgement for more than $1.3 million in damages against Peace of Mind Counseling Services, Inc. in 2020 while Ethema Health (GRST) was waiting for a year top close the deal. Documents show that Ethema Health (GRTS) owns 75% of this entity. Peace of Mind Counseling Services that just settled a wrongful death suit with another defendant in May of this year. Among other things I am waiting to see if Shawn Leon discloses this settlement in the Q2 filing. This is one dirty company when it comes to transparency.
