"But Jurors remove any conscious or subconscious government bias a federal Judge may have."

That statement should be a question, because in the case of jurors in the DC jury pool it only happens when a judge's bias would be unfavorable to the government. There is no chance in Lamberth's court, this is nothing more than an exercise in futility that will be masqueraded as "fair play via the appeal process".
