Stevie has been funneling millions of undocumented HPIL money, which he raised from HPIL debt and toxic notes, that aren't on any of the filings (because he stopped filing). These have not been paid back and there are no records of where the money came from or went. This is why there will be no audited fins, CRKM doesn't even have an auditor, nor will there be any filings. The only path forward is to stop being an SEC filer and go back to alternative reporting.
