As soon as Stevie took over, he couldn't pass an audit. He is now a month away from 2 years of his last filing, meaning he would be up for SEC revocation warnings. To not be SEC revoked he would need to complete audited fins for 2021 (which won't happen). The folks who are giving him money in return for CRKM shares are soon going to be REALLY ticked off. I will ensure SEC has this at the top of their list for Q4 warnings of revocation.
