Here is some sincere advice that will help you all. Allow the prime fs consultant (“Tetra Tech?”), who ever it is, to select their own input cost consultant, as is usual. Not being forced fed NB’s wildly optimistic dude with a theory. Just let the fs writers do their job. It is your achillies heel that could lead to another cycle of unfinanciblilty. Running out of elements at this point.
