am i the only one who sees this as a beacon towards more sensible control of natural resources/growth/ and distribution of wealth? If a group of billionaires want to make a legacy statement this will suceed. If they are interested only as a vehicle to increase staggering wealth they would have given up years ago as it made economic sense to.All my speculation is this is much bigger than meets the eye.
