Nah, I think someone is just playing a little bit, flipping for short term until news of operations progress, funding, contracts, etc. A bit risky since news could pop at any time, but maybe working to some small degree so far for that flipper. Though, the lower the price (as now) the riskier it is. I'm happy to sit back and watch it unfold, patience can pay sweetly.

Withdrawal of the S1 is seen as positive by the common (long) shareholder, signifying funding other than public offering - a qualified offering as written into the new president's employment agreement.
