Did YOU think to ask yourself, “Why would Frank Ottaviani be sending THE PRESIDENT OF OLDE MONMOUTH, $mONI’s TRANSFER AGENT, a document that CAME from Olde Monmouth in the first place?”

Did YOU think to ask yourself, “Why would Frank Ottaviani be sending THE F’N PRESIDENT OF OLDE MONMOUTH, $mONI’s TRANSFER F’N AGENT such a document a month and a half after $mONI's CEO and controlling shareholder issued 20,000,000 shares (according to the Q1) to his good buddy, Will Tynan, on February 9?

WHILE YOU WERE ACCUSING ME OF DOING SOMETHING ILLEGAL, did YOU once think to ask yourself, “ If those shares were issued on February 9, 2023, as indicated in the $mONI Q1, why did they NOT show up in the so-called “VERIFIED TA” numbers on OTC until April 29, 2023 (on or about), AFTER FrankO sent a screenshot to Frank Benedetto of that March 27, 2023 email, which was then posted on Frank Benedetto’s now SUSPENDED pumper twitter account on April 6, 2023 TO PROVE THERE WAS NO DILUTION? Quoth Benedetto: “$MONI No dilution. CEO puts up facts. Nice!” Nothing better than posting the facts and the truth, right?

And why did the TA only update that number AFTER the $mONI Q1 came out SHOWING THE REAL NUMBER OF OUTSTANDING SHARES?????

Y’all are so freaking desperate to destroy my reputation and credibility, all the while ignoring facts right in front of you, it’s actually quite moronic. It would be funny if it weren’t so sad.

PS - Who the hellfire is Chiara Rivetti, who is, btw, no longer a “BCC” recipient, and why would FrankO be sharing that particular information with him or her? And why is there such a gap between “Moni” and the document? Did FrankO scrub something out of the screenshot - like maybe why he was sending it?
