Wishy-Washy? No, just not so egotistical that I would claim to know every outcome of a trial, before all the evidence comes to light. Reading op-eds is not the basis for making legal decisions. Although they are held at the highest premium here, to reinforce what is supposed to be original thought. In fact it is almost mandatory and a rule that all of us posters here must live by.
