KKT passes the permit for several buildings at the Yacht Marina in Durrës, constructions in Tirana and hotels on the coast

The coast will continue to be a construction site, as the number of construction or development permits for resort and tower projects has not left the capital either. The last meeting of the National Council of the Territory on August 1 provided a total of dozens of decisions where projects that also have the status of strategic investment stand out. Among the projects in question, the construction permit for the project to be developed in Durrës, known as Durrës Marina & Yacht, stands out. Meanwhile, a number of permits have been approved for hotels and resorts in the South area, Gjirin e Lalëzi or Shengjin. Among the decisions are also a number related to energy projects, specifically hydropower plants and photovoltaic plants. Below is the complete list with the decisions of the KKT;

Building Permit for the facility: "Construction of Shiroku HPP, in the Hotomiza stream, a branch of
the Devoll River, Gramsh Municipality, Elbasan District", with the subject developer company the subject developer company "DELIU 3D" sh.pk

. Building permit for the object: "Construction of Hec Kalivare 1, 2, 3, 4, in the stream of Kalivare and its tributaries, that of Kimza and that of Mesuli, which flow into the Fan i Madh river, Pukë Municipality", with developer subject the company "BE-IS Energy" sh.pk

For the approval of the permit to postpone the deadline for the works for the object: "Construction of the Hydropower Plant "Kacinar", located on the Shpërdhaze River, Kaçinar Municipality, Mirditë Municipality", with the developer company "Shpërdhaza Energji" sh.pk

Building permit for the facility: "Reconstruction and increase of the capacity of Hec Çarshovë", located in the Municipality of Përmet, with the developer company "Kenxhi" sh.pk
