When, doesn't matter. How much, does.

I understand the need for you to raise cash to fund operations, since there are no sales as yet. But raising cash while being unsuccessful in creating sales is a problem for shareholders. Not just in the pressure all those shares have on trading, but for the long term viability of the investment in QEDN.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
