Based upon said contingencies, the share price will appreciate accordingly; not reaching all time highs (or anywhere near it).

You don't know what the contingencies could be and you are predicting a share price will never surpass the ATH. Again your insight to these contingencies is....

All the additional funding in the world won't make the present formulation a success, if it is inherently flawed by design.

As with all companies formulations, that is why there is research and DEVELOPMENT.

So it's back to the lab, in the HOPES of finally stumbling across the ideal technology...
