I HELL understand because FDA put out that 2 page paper because of bad PR against them. They are not going to ruin their cushy relationship will big drug companies to help jittery teenagers (why do you think Perdue pharma was able to do what it wanted for decades even though they were occasionally reprimanded by the FDA about what they were doing). Do you think an FDA civil servant cares about Adderall shortage when they are looking for a high paying job at a drug company after they stop working for the government?

All a drug company has to do is take the FDA guy out to dinner, say is they will work diligently on it getting out more Adderall and then give football tickets to the FDA guy while talking about all the positions they will have for him when he retires.

Grow up and face reality.
