You know the information because I read the filings, dig out the information, and present it here. Most who come to this board don't even realize where the debt came from. Two failed treatment centers with two properties now lost to the toxic lender Leonite. Even Leonite is divesting themselves of this company now and that is significant considering that they have been funding this company since they setup in Florida in 2017. The stock is currently useless to the company and will even be very weak after a split because this business model is clearly a loser.

Why would I ? We all know them, Nothing to debate. History is history.
