Another missed timeframe.

“The date of the Annual Meeting of the Shareholders of the Corporation shall be held on September 15, 2023, at a place and time designated by the Board of Directors, with appropriate proxy information being provided not later than 45 calendar day prior.”

It clearly states September 2023 !!!

It is only August 2023, they could still pull a rabbit out of the bag !
The 45 days prior, is still current up and until the date they say it will be published. And although it is published on the 8 - K. as we have seen before dates and times mean nothing to TTCM. We also saw the 45 days for the Ticker and Name change come and go with no remorse..
