Demo Man, everybody has an opinion and here is mine. in my opinion, Investors should only rely on publicly available press releases and what is available to investors on the NioCorp website and NioCorp presentation not random anonymous messages posted on the NioCorp message board.

Just because we are in between news cycles does not mean that progress is not being made behind the scenes.

As soon as the company has something to announce, they will in the form of a press release.

Re when ground breaking will occur, that is all subject to financing in my opinion to commence construction of the mine and the results of NioCorps negotiations with Stellantis and EXIM Bank.
