NEPT @.125 I am not sure on this one but these are running right now. 12 million shares dilution at .33 plus 12 million warrants at .33 Lowest real market cap below .20 I can find. Picked up a few but will buy heavy on volume for quick run over .20. No one is posting on it so under radar until pump starts.
