That is reasonable. I'm assuming both have similar potential for priority review, so that isn't a factor in deciding between the two. Taking an upfront (and what that implies) is also more conservative and in line with how is see the company approach - it's just hard to know what is going to be on the table.

The earnings call next week has the potential to be interesting if Jay says anything of substance about the partnering process. I'm still not calling a bottom, but price looks like it is in an early bottoming pattern and close enough to cash that I'm actually evaluating again. Unfortunately, options on this stock are too thinly traded to set up a multi-leg strategy that I would prefer, so....
