This is all perfectly healthy. Not retracing below .01 is a VERY good sign. No spike above .0125 is also good, allowing weak shares to get out without too much profit, stronger hands buying without chasing.

Nice consolidation level, even inasmuch as I'd prefer higher.

Nonetheless, volitility is minimizing along with low volume.
