I still shake my head at the stupidity of how Bye Dumb managed our oil reserves. Pulled out for elections and when prices were modestly hi, but in late April did nothing. We have an arrangement with an oil company that will delver bulk fuels here much like they do for most farms at a discount to pump price. While our farming methods do not require vast amounts of fuel we do use some. Believe me by May 5 all tanks were filled to the top, will hold us into next year. Then when it drops again, we'll re-order again. Bye Dumb has no clue.
