I am not an investor but the closure of their Nuaxess plan left all of my coworkers and family in medical debt despite paying premiums to them through the end of 2022. They claim they were defrauded with little to no evidence, but that does not absolve them of their fiduciary responsibilities as sponsors of a self-funded health plan. It's quite a deplorable situation. It's obvious he knows nothing about insurance if you watch his youtube interview with the biased parrot Hunter Gaylor from 6 months ago.
