LEVERAGED BUYOUTS were very popular in the 80's, some did not end well.
Loans range from 7 to 10 years.
Could be he thinks Verizon is too leveraged, who knows.
I doubt it has anything to do with how Verizon handled the acquisition of Telogis as Verizon is into so many bigger things, but I also feel we are in a LBO type situation here...as it is taking so very long.
