Which freedom of speech are you referring to? Falsely crying fire in a crowded theater is not protected speech.

Neither is promulgating lies about a stolen election with the intent of overturning the result of that election.

And, of course, you would not be arguing about infringement on free speech if it was Hillary Clinton being indicted on exactly the same charges.
