PLPL--should revert to "SHELL" status again now that Byoplanet "share exchange" failed. That was the sole reason Tad and Rick argued should have done away with that embarrassment. OTC only partially agreed by uplisting it from "shell" to "shell risk."

IMO Tad needs to pull the reverse split before he wrecks another merger.
