The bid/ask of T3/T4 seemed to indicate that the strong possibility of failure to close the reverse merger was built in. Insiders new what was going on.

In my opinion, after the initial reaction, the pps will settle back in this price range like most shells. This also is the price range it was trading at prior to the reverse merger being announced with ByoPlanet.
