If things don't get better and he doesn't explain that situation, I will reach out to him to get an explanation. Until then everything is a conspiracy theory and we should treat it as such.
Besides, what can we do about it anyway? We can't sell. No one will buy. And reporting him will do nothing.

Let's hope he updates us like he said he would. Hopefully this year. Ugh!
