Chan was running out of .0004s to sell apparently. So he had his crack team of MMs “run IGEN up” to an ask price of .0006 for a few minutes before dumping it back to an .0005 ask.

Now he has plenty of .0004s on the bid again from optimists (like me) who thought there might be something going on, like news for example.

Alas, there is no news, but Chan is back to dumping .0004s and his ATM is humming once again.
