Disaster? LOL Their shares are worthless to the company and they just averted bankruptcy with a new debt deal. That is all they do is borrow to service their debt. I'm not convinced that this deal will go through. Purchase, sell, lease back, stinks to high heaven. It is called an off balance sheet transaction to to disguise the debt as a lease. We shall see. One thing is for certain, debt holders aren't paying the newly printed debt and the company certainly will not either. Guess who has to pay?
