They promised financing months ago.

Show us all where in the filings or a PR where they promised financing months ago...I'll wait.

I don't think anyone can honestly answer that. But I have come across a couple deals where one deal took 60 days and another took 6 months. Time will tell.

If they cannot get their own financing, then how will they be able to finance any of these projects? The answer is… they can’t!

Now that presumption is hilarious. It reminds me of a paranoid speed fiend that should have put the pipe down long ago.

Therefore, I don’t believe any of the “fake” deals will develop.

I take issue with the word "fake". Do you have inside information? I doubt it.
