I've believed all along that Telogis never earned or could even borrow
enough money to purchase all of RMTD. So they only have a piece.
What Verizon paid for Telogis was not enough to get all of RMTD.
RMTD... Parent organization: Telogis
Telogis.......Parent organizations: Verizon Connect, Verizon Communications

No folks, rest assure, It is not over yet, but when it IS....
This IMO will be talked
about in universities M&A classes for years to come.
