MXSG is either going to file a Form 15, or have their SEC Registration revoked for failure to file.

Once that happens, there is little to no chance all that new restricted stock that Deb cajoled debtholders into taking will ever be able to be unrestricted and sold. The stupid that lent Mexus money, and then took the restricted stock, are going to be stuck with nothing but wallpaper for eternity.
