Does someone know where i could find the reason for the delay of the RS? Just checked some old filings couldnt find it right now. Thought it was something with the preferred shares. Yeah the move that the preferred were not part of the RS wasnt cool. Maybe thats the reason why the price stucks in the 10 Cents area. With the 20M. preferreds outstanding we have actually 28M shares flying around and not 8M and dont forget the company doesnt need a shareholder approval for raising the AS, the BOD has all rights to do it after there last bylaw change.
BTW just read their last 10Q and saw they still writing "hypur" -> "hyper" wrong.
