I know nothing about VXIT other than the research that I found and posted.
I look at charts and past history.
It tells me to buy and hold because the stock flattened out and could spike to .004-.0065
The chart also tells me it could run to 10-12 Cents for no reason that I could find in the past.
The chart also tells me VXIT could go to .0004 I like the odds down here.
