Mr. Eagan and Mr. Bathauer are each compensated $75,000 per year under oral agreements. As of March 31, 2023, Messrs. Eagan and Bathauer had accrued $477,243 and $456,250, respectively, in unpaid compensation. There is no other compensation due to our executives and directors including any salaries, management fees, consulting fees or business related reimbursements.
