Of course. I sent emails to Hamish Hume for the Wazee case a few months ago. Never heard back. I sent all my notes to the new Attorneys for the Kelly case. They contacted me to thank me and foreworded to the lead attorneys. Never heard back from them as well. Neither case incorporated anything about the charter act and safety act. Seems no Plaintiff except Washington Federal was/is willing to touch the statutes the SPSPA was predicated on. Except to play in the Actions of the Conservator HERA sandbox that they cant get escape from.
