I did not know that Berliner is holding 504,000,000 beneficiary shares

Do you guys realize that Berliner is holding 504,000,000 beneficiary shares ? No wonder why he's not diluting. He's doing it the old fashion way, where valuation actually matters , instead of offerings, dilution , reverse split..like 99.9% of these OTC trash tickers perform daily.

Hard to find decent DD on insider holdings in the OTC, finally found it on SECform4.com filings. Acquired shares @ .0074. 504,000,000 and another 5 million @ .011.

Looks like we're going to ride the gravy train all the way to a dollar. Hopefully we get some grant money soon , that would really put us over the top, since they really don't have any income to date.

If anyone can find any Disposed of shares , let me know. I can't find any. He's still holding all of those shares. I've got 25 million locked up and have a few sell orders set at .50 .
