Might be the funniest thing I've read in my ENTIRE life.

Just for starters, the guy had to redo the ENTIRE annual shareholder meeting and pay an extra $75,000.

Let's not even mention the fact he hired THREE CFO's during the past two years because he didn't explain what was expected of them when they signed the contract.

OH, did I mention he MISSPELLED the new firm in the 8-K filed just a few weeks ago?

They want NH out as CEO because he knows exactly what he is doing.

MAKE ELITE GREAT AGAIN!
