So the CEO of WRFX subsidiary Paranotek who is an “advisor” to its parent company can be involved in the day to day decisions? How does that work exactly?

Why not ask them?

As a matter of history, Mick stated: “It is my opinion that Mr. Listermann neglected his fiduciary duty in trade for his lifestyle requirements and personal self-enrichment. We are deeply disturbed by the prospect that Mr. Listermann may have redirected hundreds of thousands of investor dollars solicited to support Paranotek efforts but used those funds to provide for his exorbitant lifestyle.”

What’s funny is how many times factcheckers said EXACTLY that over the past Years to MUCH dislike and opposition, This is nothing new! What I don’t understand is why it took Mick so long to be aware of Brad’s lifestyle? It’s not like he hid it - he dresses nice, He drove an Italian luxury car,
he eats at good restaurants. How could anyone miss it? As long as Brad was funding Paranotek and promising them beaucoup bucks / shares, everything was peachy.

Mick is listed as the Paranotek CEO and Chief Operational, Legal and Financial Advisor to WRFX. Why would he not be aware of everything. But now it’s nefarious? Go figure.
