Yes, the share structure is a powerful argument in EP's favor. Maybe I would have already taken my loss if it wasn't for that.

As for the CPA, there is no evidence to support EP having hired a CPA, and there IS evidence (based on the amount of time since the blog) that he lied about providing CPA details after the former employer's quiet period was over. So, you lost me when you cited the CPA hiring as evidence of EP making progress.

Still, the share structure stability is a huge factor in EP's favor.

I don't pretend to understand what is going on here. But I won't shy away from calling out the lies as they become clear.
