I traded HHSE for a long time. Did very well.

Then I screwed up, ending up with a lot of shares. Some combination of the trade not working and me thinking that filing a Form 10 isn't really all that difficult -- and shouldn't have been beyond EP's abilities. I guess that makes me a loyal long? Maybe a not-so-loyal long?

What bothers me is all the folks in communication with EP who refuse to challenge him on anything. The only way out of this mess is to get EP moving. And I don't think that will happen until shareholders demand action.

Does he need $10K to file Form 10? Surely there are longs who would be willing to lend that. But first EP would need to come clean on the current status of putting the Form 10 together. If he isn't pushed to communicate honestly and just keeps telling people it is coming out in the "next few days," then that is just making it all the more difficult to find a solution.
