Thank you Tedro84. As you know gxii shareholders could never lose. Deal or no deal they always had the option to redeem - get their investment back plus interest plus free warrants.

Gxii sponsors on the other hand had everything to lose if they couldn't find a merger candidate. Once they hooked Mark they were guaranteed to strip 20% plus equity from NB, and they low-balled us at .78 valuation, not giving any consideration for the Rare earths. NB Shareholders were blindsided to say the least.
