At this juncture, is the issue of new shares, easier to understand or is going to the banks with interest rates at all-time highs and seeking funds more feasible.
Obviously, new shares being issued is easier, but the heavy dilution can have long term consequences on share price...
Hence, a bank deal, can always be restructured if a default was imminent, and payments on a loan could be easily budgeted into a smart business calander, from cash on hand and business accounts.
Who is the company CFO?
I'm still new here, but trying to figure out the metrics and ideology of what and why? I haven't seen many PRs about loans, etc...are there any outstanding debts?
