is there a way to code the width /height smaller?

I think you mean using IFRAME? I don't know of a way to do that using the code Matt and company has as this site's base language.

One solution would be to use a screen capture software and then a photo editor to size the file. Then just uplaod it and link it back.

I do this nearly everyday when posting custom charts ect.
